Rear extension, extensive Internal layout alterations - This was originally a mock Tudor detached 3-bedroom house. We secured permission to convert this into a 4 double bedroom, 2-bathroom house with a large ground floor extension to create a spacious, open plan kitchen/living room area. In addition to the downstairs extension, we were able to accommodate a utility, shower room and substantial study/bedroom.
