The existing property was built in the 1970’s, the original construction was not built for longevity and has come to the end of its life span. The existing light structure did not make it viable for redevelopment or extension. The wooden structure is also run down as well as out of keeping for the area. To compliment the local historic material pallet of the area, we designed this grand two storey family home set in a beautiful leafy plot, in the greenbelt Zone of Tewin.
